Can I adjust the sweetness?
Yes. Add a note such as less sugar or no sugar when ordering, and we will adjust where possible.
How long does delivery take?
Within Klang Valley, standard delivery is usually 45-60 minutes after confirmation. Peak hours may take longer.
How should I store it after receiving?
Keep it refrigerated and enjoy within 24 hours for the best texture and culture activity.
Can I order online?
Yes. Click View Menu to order online. Store pickup is also supported.
Do you have sharing sets?
Family and office sharing sets are planned. Please check the menu page for current options.
Why are there two separate menus — Local Delivery and Nationwide Shipping?
Different delivery distances affect freshness, packaging, and transit stability. The local menu keeps the freshly-made taste for short-distance delivery. The nationwide menu uses shipping-grade packaging and recipes that hold up over 1-3 day logistics.
Can I still order from the Local Delivery menu if I'm beyond 5km?
Not recommended. To ensure product quality, customers outside the local delivery radius should choose the Nationwide Shipping menu.
Is the yogurt on Nationwide Shipping the same as Local Delivery?
Same ONNI brand, but packaging, shelf storage, and product design are tuned for longer transit on the nationwide menu.
Can I order both Local Delivery and Nationwide Shipping items in one checkout?
Not in the same order. The two use different delivery methods, so the cart will prompt you to place them as separate orders.

Where is ONNI based?
ONNI is based in Malaysia. Same-day local delivery is available within roughly 5km of our store in the Klang Valley area, while nationwide shipping covers the rest of Malaysia.
