ONNI is an online dessert store and point-of-sale platform operating in Malaysia.

The service is provided on an "as is" basis. We may add, modify, or remove features at any time.

You must be at least 18 years old, or have parental or guardian consent.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials safe.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

Prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and inclusive of applicable taxes.

Orders are confirmed once payment has been received.

Delivery times shown are estimates; we do not guarantee specific arrival times.

Once placed, orders cannot be cancelled or modified.

If your product has a quality issue (damaged, incorrect, or defective), please contact us at contact@onni.my within 3 days of delivery, including photos and your order number.

We will, at our reasonable discretion, offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Change-of-mind requests are not eligible for refund or exchange.

All content (logo, images, text, code) on this site is owned by ONNI or its licensors.

You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

Fraudulent orders or payment activity.

Reverse engineering, scraping, or any attempt to disrupt the service.

Infringement of others' rights, including intellectual property rights.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.

Any dispute arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
